Back by popular demand — Marion’s Gourmet Kitchen! Following on the success of Marion’s Gourmet Kitchen at last year’s Holiday Fair, we will again have a dedicated table at this year’s Fair (on Saturday, December 1). Last year we sold out of everything very quickly, so I hope many of you will plan to contribute items. Here’s what we need: marmalade, relishes, pickles, mustard, fudge sauces, chutney, and other items that fit our description (Condiments and Jams). We already have a number of people contributing peach jam, but other varieties are also welcome. Be sure to observe any necessary safety requirements (e.g., safe canning procedures).
