We still have a few spots open in our Activists Ending Racism Support Group, which holds its first meeting from 12:00-2:00 pm on Sunday, Sept 24. How do you know if you are an Activist Ending Racism? Are you expanding your awareness of differences and making efforts to be ever more inclusive of difference in your life? Is it important to you to widen the circle of people who feel they “belong” in our community, in our country, in the world? Are you aware of institutional policies, laws, habits that consistently make certain groups “out” groups? Are you taking social action against racist policies, laws or habits? If you are seeking support as you address any of these questions, you are a candidate for our support group. We’ll be meeting once a month from 12-2pm here at FUUSN. We’re looking for folks who can commit to most of our meeting times.
