Formidable Forms plugin

The Formidable Forms and Formidable Forms Pro plugins are a forms manager and database that is used for website login, FUUSN Yellow Pages, a Contact Us form, and various ad hoc surveys. The corollary Formidable Forms Registration plugin handles user login in a way that’s much smoother than the WordPress standard.

The Pro and Registration plugins require paid subscription.
