Veteran Children: The Impact of War on America’s Children 

Sunday, January 28, 2018, 12:00 – 2:00 pm. in FUUSN Children’s Chapel.

Presenter:  Susan Hackley, Managing Director of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.

Producer and Project Director: Veterans’ Children Project.

Susan will be bringing us her findings and show a brief documentary film “Veteran Kids,” featured at five film festivals, to explore the impact of war on more then two million children whose parents serve in our wars.  She will engage us in discussion deepening our understanding of the impact of war on our American veterans’ children and raise questions about the impact on all American children – after 16+ years of war, the true cost of war on a nation and how to bridge the military-civilian divide.
