Meditation Practice

Join us Wednesdays at 1:00 pm throughout July for a one-hour meditation practice. Enjoy some quiet, connection, and peace in the middle of your day. 

Suzanne Buchko, Mark Leicester and Wendy Schwartz alternate leading each week. A welcome is followed by a reading, silent reflection/meditation, sharing for those who wish, and a closing. The group is drop-in and all are welcome, whether you have experience or not. Introductory remarks are provided for those new to the practice.

After July we will be taking August off and restarting in September.
