Meditation Practice

Join us Wednesdays — at 1:00 pm for small-group, one-hour meditation practice. Enjoy some quiet, connection, and peace in the middle of your day. It’s for those curious about meditation, as well as those with long-term experience.
Amanda Graff, Suzanne Buchko, Mark Leicester and Wendy Schwartz alternate leading each Wednesday. A welcome is followed by a reading, brief instruction for any who are new to the practice, a period of silent reflection, optional sharing, and a closing.
The group is drop-in and all are welcome.
