Exercise is Medicine  – Join us in the Chapel on February 16 at 11:45 for a Keynote presentation (with videos and animation) by Judy Foreman, a former Boston Globe columnist and author of a new book, “Exercise is Medicine-How Physical Activity Boosts Health and Slows Aging.”

She will be talking about the fascinating biology of aging and how exercise can influence this process. We will have light refreshments from 11:45-12 noon when the presentation will begin. Come with ideas and questions because there will be time for them.
