Follow up to the June 4 Annual Meeting

On Sunday, October 1, at 12:30 we will hold the second part of the Annual Meeting. On the agenda will be Committee Reports, and a vote on a proposed By-Law change to include Universalist as a part of our official name. Over the past months, Alan Hartman and Jacki Rohan have coached us on the history of Universalism and the issues surrounding this upcoming decision. They will hold an additional meeting in September to further our conversation about a name change.

This division of congregational work into two meetings enables Erin (now on her final month of Sabbatical) and the Germany touring choir of over 30 members, to be present for reports of our year’s good work and a vote on the By-Law change in October. –Cathy Morocco, for the Board of Trustees
