As part of November’s Social Action Meeting on Sunday, November 13. Rev. Mary Margaret Earl, Executive Director of UU Urban Ministry in Roxbury, will be joining us to speak about income inequality, segregation and gentrification in communities of color and how we can help build a network to “show up” for African-American-owned businesses/organizations led by people of color. Come at 11:45 for a light lunch. The presentation will begin promptly at 12 noon and run approximately 30 minutes in the Alliance Room. Everyone is welcome to attend, and people not staying for the Social Action meeting are welcome to depart after Rev. Mary Margaret’s talk.
