As Hanukkah begins we will consider the story of the Maccabees who brought light into the darkness of their time, bringing religious freedom to the Jewish people and who set an example of faith and resistance.  

Bob MacWilliams will perform two of his original compositions on December’s worship theme of Waiting; other musical elements in the service will mark the upcoming celebration of Hanukkah.
