Our Whole Lives (OWL) is a lifespan sexuality education curricula for seven age groups: grades K-1, grades 4-6, grades 7-9, grades 10-12, young adults (ages 18-35), adults, and an older adults (ages 50+).

Widely regarded as the Gold Standard for comprehensive sexuality education, Our Whole Lives provides accurate, age-appropriate factual information while also helping participants clarify their values, build interpersonal skills, and understand the spiritual, emotional, and social aspects of sexuality.

Our Whole Lives was co-developed by the Unitarian Universalist Association and the United Church of Christ and provides clear messages about self worth, sexual health, responsibility, and justice and inclusivity.

OWL will not be done virtually this year 2020-2021. OWL cannot be run virtually because of safety concerns for participants and facilitators, so FUUSN plans on running OWL for grades 1/2, 5/6 and 10-12 in 2021-2022.
Thought is being put into whether it is possible to run alternative sexuality education programming January-May of the current year to supplement 7th/8th grade OWL that was cut short by the pandemic last spring.
