“Living Wisely, Dying Well (LWDW), a community-based initiative dedicated to encouraging earlier conversations about End-of-Life care planning so that our personal wishes are known and honored, presents a weekend of inspiring events in Newton on Friday, April 27, thru Sunday, April 29. LWDW grew out of Ellen Goodman’s Conversation Project work.
Hear a Hospice and Palliative Care panel; Understand how to Choose and Be a Healthcare Proxy; Engage with the TrueStory Improv Theater (at FUUSN!) on how we communicate what matters to us as we age; Learn how to ease the burden of funerals by planning ahead; and enjoy a one-woman performance of song, poetry, music and stories. All are welcome. Volunteers and Donations are encouraged.
